A series of Communities of Practice (COP) has been held in Khorezm, Samarkand regions and Tashkent in the frame of “Vulnerable Children Protection Mechanisms in Uzbekistan” project implementation, funded by the European Union. Specialists of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the members of Joint Teams of 10 pilot communities have demonstrated case management process while working with vulnerable families. During COP participants have discussed the teamwork process and networking and emphasized a crucial role of each of the joint team members. In their turn, Coordinators and Social workers of SOS Children's Villages have observed the course, provided valuable practical recommendations to the members of joint teams.
