A two-day study tour took place in Khorezm region on 25-26 March, 2019. Social workers from 10 pilot makhallas of the three project regions (Khorezm, Samarkand, Tashkent), as well as representatives of local authorities (Women's Committee of Uzbekistan) and SOS Children’s Villages Coordinators actively took part in. The participants have discussed methods and solutions for various problems of families and children, where case management that has been introduced last year, in the framework of the project “Enhancement of vulnerable children protection mechanisms in Uzbekistan”, funded by the European Union, is used as the main tool.
