The 4th module of the course “Strong Parents - Strong Children” was carried out as part of the Family Strengthening Service (FS) in the SOS Children's Villages program, Tashkent. The purpose of this module was to improve participants’ knowledge about themselves. Self-assessment exercises have given the impulse for practical steps in improvement of self-knowledge. Questions were raised on the difference (possibly existing) between the perception of oneself and the others. Participants were shown the opportunity on how they can openly express their feelings and needs while contributing to the development of interpersonal relationships.
